The app is super fun but it just stopped working !!!

I really hate that you cant shuffle the letters around, and there should be a button to retract all your letters. Its really tedious this way after playing other word games.

I recently update this app and I was looking forward to some new levels but every time I try to open it, it just crashes! It was a fun game and I would like to continue playing so please fix that problem.
